LP Consulting Engineers, Inc. was formed through a combination of resources of two engineering firms in California. Lencioni Associates was established in June of 1983 in Clovis, California. EnerCal Engineering, Inc. was established in 1998 in Roseville, California. Both companies combined resources, experience and professional personnel to form a highly qualified firm, dedicated to excellence and value. Our firm consists of a professional team of Engineers with many years of experience in a broad range of applications. Our team is led by, President and CEO, Sean Pourvakil, P.E. who has been in the industry since 1985.

Our staff takes pride in producing cost effective, efficient projects in a timely and concise manner. We have designed a multitude of different systems through City, County, State and Federal Agencies including new, remodel, and retrofit projects.
