CSUF Robert E. Duncan Athletic Building and Ricchuiti Athletic Strength and Conditioning Center

This (2) building expansion to the existing facilities houses the schools football team locker rooms and offices in one building and the soccer offices and student athlete study rooms and computer center in the second building. High efficient rooftop package units were throughout the buildings. An energy recovery wheel package unit was used to provide a high amount of outside air at the lowest cost to the locker room areas.
