With over 20 schools scheduled for modernization, we began evaluation and needs assessment of the existing conditions in the Alameda Unified School District. In an effort to modernize the existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems in the schools, we worked closely with the architect, construction manager and school district to identify the most essential needs and design the most cost effective and beneficial modernization possible within the district's budget.
