This new charter school elementary campus has an exposed ceiling design to provide a very open feeling in the classroom. To blend with the architecture and provide cost savings, fabric duct was utilized extensively throughout the campus. The central plant system consists of both air-cooled scroll and gas engine chillers to provide maximum energy savings to the district.
