Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility

For the first phase of this project, our firm provided HVAC and Plumbing design for the recently completed 23,000 sq.ft. Administration building and 22,000 sq.ft. Shop building. Due to the caustic properties of the air at the site, special coatings were added to the equipment coils to ensure proper performance over the life of the equipment. For the second phase of this project, our firm provided design services for the new 10,000 sq.ft. lab building. The lab project required extensive coordination with both the project design team and the owner to ensure that all of the critical space needs and requirements would be met.
