Nine regional Lottery offices throughout California - both new and renovation - each with the goal of achieving Zero Net Energy (ZNE). The first of the nine projects renovates and expands an existing building in Santa Fe Springs to be used as a regional sales office and warehouse. The projects have achieved ZNE and LEED Gold certification. ZNE strategies aimed to meet these goals include extensive use of daylighting techniques (interior glass walls, rooftop monitors, skylights), rooftop solar array, exterior insulation system, and renewable materials.
