Fremont, CA
City of Fremont and Catellus have been developing this 106-acre retail portion of the 840-acre Pacific Commons site.
This development is a hybrid regional shopping district, organized into five distinctive districts. Special attention has been paid to the pedestrian experience, site amenities, landscaping and architecture to establish this 1,185,000-square-foot retail development as a new and exciting destination in the city of Fremont. A grand promenade showcases public art at the connections to each district. Outdoor seating and dining line a series of public plazas throughout the project.
Tenants included Costco, Lowe’s, a two-level Kohl’s, Target, Toys R Us, Old Navy, Bassett Furniture, DSW Shoes, Nordstrom Rack, Justice, Party America, and a 16-screen Century Theater with X-D.
