The six story, 51,000 sq ft headquarters for the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is located in an existing downtown building. The complete renovation of the interior of the building and most of the building systems focused on sustainable measures to reduce energy and water use, while providing improved indoor air quality and lighting. The project achieved Silver certification under LEED® CI.
