Studio W Architects reimagined and revitalized a commercial property at 1930 H Street in Sacramento’s vibrant Midtown district, establishing it as the new home for the firm’s Sacramento Studio.
This 8,000-square-foot, single-story building sits next to the new AIA California office, fostering a natural synergy between the two design-focused organizations. The renovation created a modern, collaborative workspace that includes a welcoming reception area off H Street, open workstations, private offices, flexible meeting rooms, a staff kitchen and lounge, and a dedicated workroom featuring a materials library and showroom. Exterior enhancements include updated façades, improved lighting, refreshed landscaping, and upgraded parking.
