Tucoemas Federal Credit Union sought to build a highly sustainable branch and executive suite, which would be certified through the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) rating system as a *LEED Gold Certified Building. They also had a wish list that included a soaring open space to welcome members, training rooms, a sophisticated board room, an espresso bar, and a commercial kitchen.
